Raine Parker

Raine studied environmental science at university before volunteering with the Birmingham & Black Country Wildlife Trust for 3 years. Alongside this, she worked at Dudley Zoo where she was a Customer Service Advisor.

During the COVID pandemic, she went to work for the ambulance service where she was a 111/999 dual-trained call handler. Following this, Raine moved into the veterinary industry where she started as a Careline Advisor which involved taking phone calls for several local practices, booking appointments and dealing with enquiries. Raine quickly moved over to the Careline Insurance team, processing claims for numerous practices across the UK.

Raine has 5 dogs; Biffy, Tallulah, Bear, Bruce and Nellie and 2 horses; Buster and Sunnie. She regularly supports her local football team at home matches and also enjoys live music, attending many UK festivals.
