Tracy Horton

Tracy began her career as a dental technician training at Matthew Boulton in Edgbaston.

After securing a position at the city hospital, she branched out into maxillofacial work which she thoroughly enjoyed. As time went on, Tracy decided she wanted a career change and decided to go from two legs to four and work with animals.

Tracy started her animal career as a client care advisor in a local practice. After a few years, and a couple of children later, she began working at a larger veterinary hospital, where she gained many qualifications including BVRA Bronze, Silver and Gold, dispensing and compassion understood. Tracy was the first client care advisor at her practice to become registered, allowing her to become Tracy Horton RVR.

Tracy spent twenty years gaining experience at that hospital, working on accounts, insurance, dispensing, referrals and passing on her knowledge training new client care team members.

Tracy had heard about the opening of a brand-new veterinary hospital and was very excited when she received the phone call offering her the position of Client Care Team Leader.

Outside of managing the client care team at Blaise, Tracy enjoys family life, her Miniature Schnauzer Archie, riding her rescue horse Harley and travelling.
